Whether it is meeting up with friends, or grabbing a bite after a long day at work, or food for the big games, Hickok’s is the right place for delicious Happy Hour Food. We sat down with Hickok’s to review and taste their Happy Hour Menu. The variety of options for Happy Hour Food is bound to hit the perfect spot for your cravings.

If a little spice, with a sweet after taste sounds right, then we recommend the Crispy Chicken Quesadilla. The red chili chicken busts out with flavor for a combination with pepper jack cheese, sour cream, and onions. The quesadilla brings a comfortable spice, with a full feeling at the end. Get this crispy quesadilla for just $6.50.

For those with a much larger appetite, Hickok’s offers their Quarter Pound Burger. This American classic is served on a butter grilled bun, with the classic American cheese, and your traditional toppings. What caught our attention was how well prepared and cooked the beef was and all ingredients complemented each other. The fries that come with are also seasoned and cooked so it doesn’t leave greasy fingers, and a heavy stomach. This juicy cheeseburger is only $5 during Happy Hour.

Need something to munch on while watching the game? How about the Queso Espinaca Dip. This rich cheesy sensation will flirt with your spicy taste buds and won’t stop you from double dipping. Accompanied by Hickok’s very own chips, the crunchy chips and cheesy dip are a perfect combination.

Maybe it’s Tuesday and the search is on for Tacos. Try the Crispy Beef or Chicken Tacos. These simple, yet delectable duos have a very colorful presentation with flavorful taste to back it up. The chicken has a slight smoky taste, along with full tomato flavor. Beef is not dripping grease, but instead enhances the crispy tortillas that you will want to dip in the rice and beans served with. The rice has a familiar Spanish taste, with Chili-like beans. $6 won’t break the bank or your belt for Happy Hour.

For all the finger food fanatics, Hickok’s Nachos are sure to impress. Choose between Chicken or Beef, and dig into a mound of chips, queso espinaca, pepper jack cheese, sweet peppers, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and black olives. For a full plate and full stomach, only $6.

Wing Lovers Unite!! Wild Bill Jumbo Wings will hit the spot for that buffalo taste. What separates Hickok’s from the rest is that the wings are crispy, not over-cooked. You instantly taste the buffalo, but be careful because it is addicting. Complement those with their home-made, rich and creamy Bleu cheese for a deadly combination. The wings were one of our top favorites, and we especially like the price, $6 for 5 FULL wings!

Hickok’s Beer Batter Chicken Fingers are your traditional chicken fingers, with a twist. The Tenders have a peculiar taste from the batter, and combines well with the zingy ketchup served with. Of course these would be great with a cold beer, and are only $6.

Majority voted the Seared Ahi Nachos as one of their most favorites. Sushi lovers, will definitely take a liking to this. Rice chips, cucumber salsa, wasabi peas, with a taste of red chili vinaigrette. With the first bite, you can taste all of the flavors. Dressing is light and hints at the cucumber and vinegar taste, which makes it fitting for a sunny, patio day. This is not on the Happy Hour Menu, but we highly recommend it.
