If you haven't heard of Rusko yet, chances are you might have been living under a rock. Currently setting the radio airwaves alight with his own productions and remixes of artists such as The Prodigy, Basement
Jaxx and Little Boots. Not to mention his collaborations with Britney Spears, Rhianna and T.I.. It’s safe to say, Rusko can be credited as being one of dubstep's most pop-friendly producers.
Since 2006, he has been throwing down popular tracks which have been getting plenty of air-time on the radio, in the clubs and on iPods across the globe. His huge hit “Cockney Thug” has been played by everyone from Pete Tong and Switch, to Diplo and Santogold. "Cockney Thug" has also been remixed by Buraka Som Sistema, Diplo, Drop the Lime, and the Scratch Perverts.
Now part of the Mad
Decent Camp alongside Dillon Francis, ZEDS DEAD, Boy 8-bit, and many more, Rusko’s future is looking bright with Switch, Diplo, Santogold, Trouble Andrew, and Hot Chip collaborations on the horizon.
Rusko kicks off his College Tour February 2nd in Knoxville, Tennesse. The tour focuses mostly on the US, with three dates in Ontario. Rusko will be playing smaller venues in college towns, giving him the opportunity to really connect with his audiences. His Lawrence show on February 29th at Liberty Hall, is an all ages event from 7:00pm to 10pm. Opening set will be played by local artist Nmezee Dickens of the Ez Brothers and Lotus Camp.
